CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE
 
Duties and Responsibilities:
Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution
Recommend potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs
Open and maintain customer orders by recording account information
Manage large amounts of incoming calls
Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution
Take payment information and other pertinent information such as addresses and phone numbers
Generate sales leads
Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication
Keep records of customer interactions, process customer orders and file documents
Resolve customers complaints via phone, email, mail or social media
Use telephones to reach out to customers and verify account information
Assist with placement of orders, refunds or exchanges
Qualifications:
Graduate of any College Degree Course
With at least (1) year experience in the same field but fresh graduates are welcome
Proficient in computer applications
Must be detail oriented
Good analytical skills
Good oral and written communications
Product Knowledge
Can resolve conflict
Highly skilled in documentations and developments
