The Customer Service Representative is responsible for the day-to-day activities inside the assigned site by maintaining high level of trust to the Administration through providing immediate response to all concerns, delivery of fast, and efficient service to the community, and keeping a strongly motivated team serving the site and delivering excellent customer service to the homeowners.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field is preferred.
Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in property management, customer service, or a related field.
Skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
