We are looking for Customer Services Representatives!
A customer service representative, or CSR, will act as a liaison, provide service information and resolve any emerging problems that our customer accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency.
The target is to ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries and maintain high customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Can provide a good customer service for our customers
- With at least 6 months experience taking calls
- Good communication skills
- Must know how to build rapport to the customers
- Can work with a team
- Can work on a graveyard shift
