Position : CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE
Work Hours : TBD

Pay Range : $ 800 - 1,000 USD per month
Duties and Responsibilities:
Answer phone calls from customers on the first ring.
Assist with inquiries and help resolve questions.
Schedule and assist with creating quotes
Enter detailed customer information in the software system
Dispatch if needed
Requirements
Proficiency with Slack;
Familiarity with Skimmer and Open Phone will be great but not necessary (client can provide training)
Good communication skills
Experience in a customer support role is highly preferred
Good demeanor and personality
Highly trainable
