We are urgently hiring a highly dedicated and energetic individual to join our growing family as a Customer Service Representative.
Provide customer service to both inbound and outbound calls
Diligent and creative in pitching sales/up sell
Maintain an up-to-date database
Ensure high positive customer-satisfaction
Address and provide solutions to customer concerns
Requirements
Good English Communication (verbal and written) skills
At least Senior High School Graduate or High School graduate (from old curriculum)
With basic knowledge in computer (hardware and software)
With or without BPO experience

Must be residing within Cebu City or nearby provinces
