CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE
 
Job Responsibilities:
Receive customer inquiries and set up or confirm schedule for service.
Scheduling and coordination with manager or technical team to organize daily operations schedule & planning of customer scheduling.
Documentation of customers' interactions, requests, instructions, and organizing their records.
Contributes to customer retention by strengthening relationships through account management and maintenance.
Serves customers by responding to requests, resolving complaints, and maintaining quality service.
Prepares work to be processed by gathering, sorting, organizing, and recording data, information, and documents.
Resolves complaints by investigating issues and composing responses, referring non-standard complaints to supervisor or manager.
Maintains quality service by monitoring standards and advising the supervisor of potential problems.
Contacts prospective clients and maintains regular communication with existing accounts.
Employs research and data-gathering skills to source clients & expand the market base.
Monitor market trends and adjust sales efforts accordingly.
Job Qualifications:
Candidate must possess at least a College Level or Bachelor's/College degree.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively.
Maintain regular attendance and punctuality relative to daily work schedule.
Work well under pressure, capable of handling multiple tasks with less supervision.
Solution-driven and team player.
Follow directions from a supervisor or manager.
