Full-time | 40 hours per week
Php 31,000 - Php 37,200 take home pay per month
Monday to Friday, 8:00 pm - 4:00 am PH and 9:00 pm - 5:00 am PHT. Must be willing to work on Saturdays.

About the Client:
The Client has been in existence since 1973. They provide plumbing and heating services including general plumbing, heating (gas), mini splits, hydronic heat pumps, local law 152, commercial plumbing mart
They are looking for people to do customer service mainly for intake - evaluating how a call needs to be moved to whom in the company and be the first person the customers talk to. As they advance, they can move to dispatch and decision-making.
About the Role:
As a starting point for the role, you will have to cover the phones, do intake, or fill information in a form, and push preset of answers that will automatically get sent to the head of customer service. Once you'll get to know and be comfortable with the process, you will then be assigned to dispatch issues or concerns of the customers. Forms and normal professional services automation are shared and can be accessed in a SharePoint.
Responsibilities:
Answer phones for a fast-paced office providing plumbing services
Learn which calls should be routed directly to management
Receive and log clear and accurate call information into a web-based form
Learn what information is needed from customers to properly dispatch a technician for their service call
Learn multiple methods of collecting necessary information from Clients
Provide payment options to Clients and make note of expected payments
Document changes to customer contact and access information
Email new customer setup documents from an email template Use Microsoft Teams chat to communicate with staff as needed
Make phone calls and send texts to confirm or change upcoming appointments
Gain an understanding of which Technicians provide which types of Services and which services can only be scheduled at management discretion
Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years of experience working in an office-based service industry
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Word and Excel
Proficient with computer-based mapping, texting, and messaging applications
Exceptional customer service skill
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to process rapidly incoming information and to confirm information received for accuracy and clarity
Ability to quickly learn new software and skillsAbility to multitask and to prioritize multiple tasks with swift and accurate execution
Ability to liaise promptly, clearly, and efficiently between customers and technicians
Confidence and take-charge attitudeMust be self-motivated and highly accountable
Ability to work in a collaborative environment
Ability to create and maintain an organized work environment
Desire to gain an understanding of the company's products and services
