Responsibilities
Our Agents are responsible for a variety of different calls including:
1. Handling inbound customer service calls
2. Processing inbound sales calls
3. Taking inbound or placing outbound collections calls
4. Answering technical support inquires via incoming calls, chat or email.
5. Demonstrates excellent customer service skills with the ability to take ownership in assisting, researching and resolving customer issues.
6. Performs other duties as assigned.
 
Qualifications:
1. Good English communication skills
2. At least a high school graduate
3. Willing to work onsite
