We are looking for Customer Service Representative for an Electrical Company based in Utah, USA!
We are a business process outsourcing company that specializes in the virtual assistant field.
Minimum Requirements:
Must be willing to work a graveyard shift (11PM to 8AM)
Should be confident in communicating in the English language
Excellent customer-service skills
At least 6mos experience in sales, accounting, data entry (or of any related field) is a PLUS.
Can work in a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities:
Answering phone calls.
Calling contractors.
Setting up appoints for service technicians.
Dealing with customers in a courteous, professional, and assertive demeanor.
Respond to reviews on the website.
