RESPONSIBILITIES
Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limit
Follow-up to ensure resolution on issues and grievances;
Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies;
Take extra mile to engage customers.
Identify and assess customer needs to achieve client satisfaction;
Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication;
Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/ tools.
Resolve customer complaints via phone, email, mail, or social media.
Performs tasks as may be assigned from time to time.
REQUIREMENTS
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, any field;
Must have an experience from a service center, preferably IT/Telco industry;
Strong Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters;
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively;
Flexible and can work under pressure with minimal supervision
Knowledgeable in MS office applications
Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening;
Must be willing to work on shifting schedule;
Must be willing to be assigned in warehouse and/ or in malls with service center
Excellent communication skills - English & Tagalog
Proven customer support or client support representative experience
Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Customer Service or equivalent;
Full-Time position(s) available.
Willing to work in Maybunga, Pasig City
