Job Responsibilities:
The employee will be in charge of the following things
Customer service
Research - this will simple be an online search job and simplifying them to word file may be required to make simple graphs and tables
Survey - must know how to make and gather the surveys given and summarize the data
Streamer monitoring - this is a live commerce company there you we need to monitor if the sellers are not selling anything that is not agreed upon will be the main works to be done
Job Qualifications:
Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset.
Comfortable using computers.
Experience working with customer support.
