Job Qualification
College graduate: 6 months BPO experience handling international voice account
Completed 2 years college: 1 year BPO experience handling international voice account
HS Grad: 2 years BPO experience handling international voice account.
Healthcare account is a only a plus
At least 25 MBPS Internet connection
Amenable to work onsite or work from home
Amenable to shifting and nigh shift schedule
Excellent communication skills
