Job Responsibility
l Handling customers inquiries and concern about the company's product via phone call and live chat;
l Responsible for providing information to customers promptly, answering questions and handling customer complaints;
l Proactively deliver relevant information to customers, follow up and solve problems to ensure customer satisfaction
l Internal and cross-department coordination and cooperation; handling company email
l Working schedule for three shifts (morning, noon, and night shift)
Requirements
l Experience working with customer support is priority, fluent in mandarin
l Outgoing personality, enthusiasm, good communication skills, pro-active service, customer experience priority
l Responsive and capable of handling emergency situations; Ability to work in a multi-tasked environment.
l Fast typing ability , 60 wpm or above
l Ability to adapt to a flexible schedule.
l Ability to work in a team fostered environment.
l Experience working with customer support is priority,
