JOB SUMMARY
Interacts with customers (dealers/outlets) to provide information in response to inquiries about delivery status
QUALIFICATIONS
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or any Business related course
At least 1 year(s) of working experience as a Customer Service Representative is required for this position
Strong written and verbal communications Skills
With general office experience or administrative activities
Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Powerpoint)
Willing to be assigned in Calamba, Laguna
JOB DESCRIPTION
Responsible for monitoring and updating of daily delivery
Provides information for all delivery status through calls and customer service inquiries
Handles delivery confirmation, dispatch operation and other delivery issues
Answers calls as well as assist customers who have specific inquiries and also to handle and resolve customer complaints
