Job Summary
Responsible for managing various customer issues for Paradise Galleries, Adora, Teddy Needs a Bath and Baby Diego in an efficient and timely manner.
Responsible for essential backend functions and coordination with different branches/department.
Qualifications
University/college degree is an asset;
Good English Communication and writing skills is required;
Familiarity with MS Office, and phone systems a plus;
Previous experience in CS, BPO or admin assistant function, preferred;
Amendable to working night shift permanently with shifting schedules during weekends or holidays.
