Qualifications:
· Candidate must possess at least Vocational Diploma/Short Course Certificate in any field.
· At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
· Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employee specialized in Customer Service or equivalent.
· Excellent employment track record is highly preferable.
· Knowledge with E-commerce and sales is a plus.
· Excellent communication and typing skills.
· Can handle Inbound and Outbound calls.
· Willing to work six days a week, shifting schedules.
· Willing to work in Makati area
· Can start as soon as possible.
Responsibilities:
· Responsible for handling and maintaining all company's marketing channels and customer service platforms.
· Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication and provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods.
· Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
· Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
· Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
