Handle and customer service inquiries and problems via telephone, email or written correspondence.
Answer inquiries, process bookings, quotes and resolve issues based on phone calls/email from customers, dealers, internal department, operations, etc.
What do you need to succeed?
Minimum of completed two (2) years in college or has finished a Bachelor/Diploma course.
At least 1 year Customer Service and/or Sales experience in a BPO setting
Excellent in oral and written English communication.
Proficiency in word processing, spreadsheet, presentation and database software.
Must be willing to work on shifting schedules
