Responsibilities
The main responsibilities of the Customer Service Representative includes -
focus on providing personalized support to a designated client base, order entry, manages all fulfillment to clients, supports and collaborates with sales representative;
assistance to other IDC groups/departments with all client opportunities/questions/issues
primary customer service contact for client base, manage all incoming questions/issues, assess situation, provide resolution
coordinate training of new customer utilization of idc.com; ensure overall customer satisfaction, research delivery and usage, and overall value derived from IDC
resolution of billing and invoicing issues
confirmation of bookings with Finance to reconcile numbers on a monthly basis
work with Regional Account Managers to insure maximum revenue generation per major account
assist sales in mapping IDC products to customer base and creating account strategy
facilitate the penetration and build relationships within all client sites

Must possess a Bachelor's/College degree in any field
Must have min. 2 years or more Sales Support or Customer Service experience
Fluent in verbal and written in English

Proficient in the use of computer and CRM tools and services, especially Salesforce.com
