CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE
 
Requirements:
Bachelor' degree holder or with equivalent experience
Experience with inbound voice/non-voice for e-commerce services (e.g. Amazon or similar)
Excellent English communication and correspondence skills
Email management on platforms such as Gmail and HubSpot
Answer inbound calls from the company’s customer service line
Respond to inquiries from both inbound calls and chatbot
Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets
Knowledge on prospecting platforms such as Growbots, LinkedIn, and Rocketreach (as well as prospecting in general)
With analytical and administrative proficiency
Flexible and rarely complains when multiple/new tasks are assigned
Knowledge on Amazon and/or Walmart e-commerce is a plus
