Description
Job Responsibilities:
Answer inbound calls and provide answer to customer queries based on the set account process.
Transcribe voicemails and provide resolution based on the account process.
Initiate outbound calls for follow-up and provide resolution to messages left on the voicemail.
Analysis of information provided by the customer and provide next step for resolution.
Qualifications:
At least 2 years experience on a CSR Role.
Above average communication skills.
Well versed on both written and spoken English.
Fast learner and with neutral accent on the phone.

Minimum education level: Bachelor ́s Degree
Years of experience: 1
Language(s): English
Knowledge: Customer service, Communication and persuasion, Customer Support
