Our client is a specialized electricity retailer and energy service provider, specializing in renewable energy. With head office in Brisbane, they are rapidly expanding to all major capital cities across Australia and are actively involved in the development and implementation of zero upfront capital cost sustainable energy solutions for Australian residential and commercial consumers.
Contract: Full-Time
Work Schedule: 6:00 am to 3:00 pm Manila Time
As a Customer Service Representative, you will:
Manage a variety of customer enquiries
Resolve things first time, every time, to keep customers happy
Negotiate payment options and being proactive in your approach
Keep customer accounts accurate with your meticulous attention to detail
Continuously meet and exceed set KPI targets
We are looking for someone who:
Has at least 3 years in related experience preferably those who handled power or utilities accounts
Has exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to relay information helpfully
Has an impressive listening skills (both for customers and colleagues)
