Job Customer Service Representative
Job Descriptions
Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
Communicating with customers through various channels.
Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.
Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests.
Job Qualifications
Candidate must possess a Bachelor's degree in any field
At least 1 year of working experience in a related field
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Must have a solid customer service experience
Proactive and result-oriented
Willing to work in Otis, Paco Manila / Binondo, Manila
