CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE
Schedule: Night shift
Salary offer starts at Php 20,000
Qualifications:
Minimum of one (1) year Customer Service Representative experience.
Excellent English communication skills.
Strong phone contact handling abilities and active listening.
Possess strong problem-solving skills.
Must be upbeat, lively, and perky.
Ability to tactfully handle stressful and difficult situations.
Preferably someone with at least 15mbps internet speed and owns a desktop/laptop.
Responsibilities:
Accurately captures customer information.
Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.
Deliver prompt and professional solutions for customer inquiries via phone, email, online chat etc.
Assists customers effectively by solving customer disputes
Tactfully handles confrontational/complains, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution.
