Customer Service Representative (Marketing Consultant) is responsible in understanding the customers' business, help develop content ideas, and create a package of information that can be used by our internal creative teams to generate compelling online, and offline copy.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in related field or one year related experience
Minimum 1 year solid experience in a BPO - good to have
Excellent customer service and support skills
Strong written and oral communication with strong grammar skills
Proficient with various software applications programs including email messaging applications, Microsoft Office (Word and Excel).
Open to fresh graduates
Willing to work in shifting schedule including graveyard shift
Must have their own equipment (laptop/desktop) and with at least 10 mbps wired internet connection.
