Roles and Responsibilities
As the Customer Service Representative, you will answer and provide assistance over the phone, email, and live chat support. It is your responsibility to answer customer queries, provide the right description regarding the company's products and services, resolve concerns, and deliver great customer service.
Required Experience
- With at least 1 year of BPO experience
- With CSR/TSR background
