The responsibilities of the Customer Service Representative are to cater to customer queries and provide assistance in navigating through our provided services flawlessly.
The Customer Service Representative is expected to answer customer queries through live chat and email, walk customers through the company website, follow-up on customer payments (outbound call), set up customer appointments, and update customer/client information databases.
Required Experience
- More than 3 years of customer service or technical support experience in a BPO industry
A Successful Candidate must have
- Excellent communication skills
- Keen attention to details
- Amiable to work on a night shift
Experience Advantage
- Working experience as a CSR and TSR
