Roles and Responsibilities
The main tasks of the Customer Service Representative are to answer customers queries on a timely manner; answer customers via phone, chats, emails; schedule and set up customer appointments; follow up on customer payments (outbound); familiarize with the company website and walk through customers when needed; escalate calls when necessary.
Required Experience
- Minimum of 3 years' background in customer service
- Technical support experience
A Successful Candidate must have
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- High attention to details
- Background in blended account
- Ability to provide customer service on phone calls, live chat, and email
- Willingness to work 1 AM - 10 AM Tuesday to Saturday (may subject to change)
