Working closely with customer success team you will be provide practitioners and their staffs with support and training which ultimately to help them better manage their patient relationships and business operations. You will also work proactively as a collaboratively team member to ensure we create a positive and effective experience to others.
Responsibilities:
Providing support to customer via email and live chat
Educate and train customers via email and live chat on aspects of platform
Maintain Knowledge base to facilitate prompt resolution of incidents in the ticketing systems
Log, monitor and manage customers' incidents to ensure that Service Level Agreement targets are met
Requirements:
A college degree in any relevant course is a plus.
Excellent written and fluent verbal English communication skills
Excellent spelling and grammar
Strong empathy for the customer and desire to help people
Strong work ethic and a high attention to detail
Technology Requirements:
A dedicated quiet workspace at home
Good internet connection (minimum 20mbs) and mobile data back up
A desktop or laptop computer (3rd generation or higher) at least i3 or equivalent processor at least 8 GB ram and windows 10 and above or MAX OSX operating system
Headset with extended microphone, a noise canceling headset is a must.
Uninterrupted power supply up to 4 hours back-up
Working Hours: 10am to 7pm AU time, (7am to 4pm Manila)
