The Customer Service Representative is the front liner of the Company who interacts with the customers on behalf of our clients and of the organization. You provide information about products and services, respond to customer complaints, take orders, and process returns and payments.
You are a problem solver. You help clients find answers to their concerns and assist them with integrity and compassion while also clarifying their complaint, determining the cause of problem and explaining the best solution to their problem up to execution of the resolution. You are able to multitask talking to the customer while pulling up their files and search for information regarding their issues. You deal with all sorts of requests and complaints and use your excellent communication skills to deal with our customers with enthusiasm.
As a voice agent, you attend to incoming calls and also take initiative in doing outbound calls. You are able to handle a long queue of calls while guaranteeing 100% customer satisfaction each time. You are a team player. You value team work and achieve one objective.
You are a person of integrity. You keep confidential information in the system and you practice transparency in all tasks done. You are trustworthy and customers can count on you for the safety of their data.
Minimum Qualifications
Minimum 3 years experience in Customer Service
Accustomed to operating in a fast moving, client facing environment
Minimum 2 years in College
Experience working as a virtual customer service representative
Typing speed of not less than 50 WPM
