Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries about operation and management of online shopping malls and make relevant action to the problem.
Ensure good customer satisfaction by participating in activities to improve customer experience.
Identify the needs of customer and suggest resolution for improvements.
Perform tasks not just about customer service but also participate in different projects to contribute for solution development.
