Talk to customers over the phone to resolve their questions or concerns
Accurately document and update customer records in the computer system
Upsell products or services to customers, if appropriate

21 years old and above; must have completed high school
Crisp, clear speech
Clear enunciation and word endings
Comfortable in isolation for the entire shift everyday
Wide vocabulary
Able to listen and repeat what is being heard at the same time
