Roles and Responsibilities
The main responsibility of the Customer Service Representative is to respond to customer queries through chat support, email support, and via phone calls.
The Customer Service Representative is also responsible for providing technical support to the customers by showing how to navigate the program through a call, via zoom, or sometimes through remote access.
