Supervise other CSR members to create positive customer experience, maintain quality level of service, and provide accurate information in timely manner
Provide prompt and efficient service to Customers by answering incoming calls and responding to customer emails and chats
Manage and resolve customer complaints
Upsell products and places customer orders in the computer system
Identify and escalate issues to Management if the need arises
Provide product information to customers
Follow up customer inquiries if necessary
Complete Daily Reports
Job Qualification:
At least College level
2-3 years experience in Customer Service
At least 6 months experience as CSR Supervisor/Team Leader
Knowledgeable in various Computer Software
Good communication and typing skills
Willing to work in Loyola Heights, Quezon City
