Job Summary:
We're looking for Customer Service Representatives to handle customer inquiries, provide excellent support, and ensure a positive customer experience. You will be responsible for addressing questions, resolving issues, and assisting with product- or service-related concerns.
Responsibilities:
Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally and efficiently.
Process requests, transactions, and maintain accurate customer records.
Collaborate with the team to improve overall customer support and satisfaction.
Qualifications:
Open to HS Graduates (for CSR) and College Level with excellent communication skills.
At least 1 year of BPO experience (voice account)
