Your Role
As a Bilingual Customer service representative, you will be responsible for handling inbound calls from customer's inquiries and complaints in a Financial / Bank Services environment. You must maintain a positive, empathetic, compassionate, and professional attitude toward customers at all times. Resolve service problems like customer complaints, cause of the problem, etc. Ensure that customer queries are answered to their satisfaction and in a timely manner. You need to address customer's concerns related to the services and provide the best solutions for their needs via a variety of communication channels that could include email, chat, or social channels. Escalate any customer complaints to the Operations Supervisor when needed and ensure solutions have been sorted out efficiently. Accurate and complete information using our communication methods is needed for this role.
About You
For you to become a successful candidate for this role, you would need to have a well-established Financial Service, Banking as a Service experience in a BPO/ Call Center environment. You must be a Bilingual Speaker (English/ Spanish). You should have strong verbal and written communication skills. Basic knowledge of prepaid, debit, and credit cards, and Understanding of Remittances. Knowledgeable in MS Office systems, Virtual Desktop application navigation, and Google Docs, Forms, Sheets. Ability to multitask and navigate tools. Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening, adapt/respond to different types of characters, and remain professional and courteous with customers at all times would make this job easier for you.
