Market Job Description
Responsible for responding to routine inquiries and complaints from internal and external customers regarding financial products and services.
Duties include: processing routine to complex transactions on-line, researching and resolving routine to moderately complex problems and inquiries and referring difficult problems to more senior representatives.
Duties may also include: cross-sell or refer products, account maintenance, report generation, and project work. RWF
Market Skills and Certifications
Call center customer service experience in the financial services industry and/or Telco.
At least 1 to 2 years of working experience in the related field
Customer service focus with the ability to listen to customer needs and recommend solutions
Good attention to detail and accuracy skills
Ability to effectively listen and elicit information
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
