DESCRIPTION
The Lead Verification Specialist (LVS) is a call center position that interacts with many prospective customers on a daily basis. 
RESPONSIBILITIES
Representatives typically make 400 calls per day (50 per hour), depending on the program
Handles both inbound and outbound call programs
Makes outbound calls in response to customer inquiries
Capturing additional information from the customer, screening the customer for their interest in the client’s product or service, and/or warm transferring the customer to a provider of a service
Work on a single program or be asked to handle several programs during a typical work day
May involve some customer service, but usually not upset or irate customers
Will be trained to handle multiple programs
Other duties that may be assigned from time to time
QUALIFICATIONS
Excellent Communication Skills - oral, written and listening skills included
Preferably with at least 3 months call center experience
Outstanding attendance record with minimal concerns
Highly efficient with excellent Time Management Skills as they are expected to take a high volume of call
Accuracy in capturing and recording information
Receptive to feedback and willing to modify approach to improve
Proficient in handling basic software, internet and has good navigation skills
With minimal sales skill in a light, friendly and professional approach
