Job Description
Responding to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email or chat
Identifying customer needs and helping customers use specific features
Analyzing and reporting product malfunctions
Qualifications:
At least High School/Senior High School graduate w/1-year customer service work experience.
College Graduate
College Level (At least 1 year if without work experience).
Computer Literate
Fluent in English in both Written & Verbal
Flexible to work in shifting schedules
Willing to work in Scape Building, Macapagal Boulevard, Pasay City.
