Duties:
Manage customer information and ensure date is properly processed and recorded
Assist customers through phone calls, email and chat system
Will handle other duties/projects as assigned
Provide excellent display of customer service.
Qualifications
Open to at least senior high school graduates with or without BPO experience
Must have good English communication skills (written and verbal)
Must have an average typing speed
Willing to work in Alabang on shifting schedules
