Work Status: Full-Time
Work Schedule: Asia/Manila 12:00 AM - 9:00 AM (Tuesday to Saturday)
Must have:
At least 3 years customer service experience with US clients
Excellent written English communication skills
Worked in an eCommerce business (using Shopify) doing customer support / tickets and and handling inventory, stocks, logistics
Proven eCommerce order data management experience
Ability to remain professional and courteous with the clients at all times
Has a bubbly personality and preferably female since the target markets are moms
Can work with minimal supervision
Home-Based Requirements:
Comfortable working from home
Comfortable using Skype Video Call
At least 5MBPS DSL/Wired Internet Connection Package (Wimax, Canopy, Dongles, etc are not allowed)
Up-to-Date Laptop/Desktop
Headset with Noise-cancelling feature and webcam
Conducive private room; no background noise such as children, vehicles and/or any pets
Good to have:
Social Media Management experience

Handle customer service inquiries via email and chats only (no voice)
Order Management
Billing & Refunds
Social Media Posting
Help update inventories
Coordinates shipping of products
Coordinates return of products and refund
