● Follow standard operations and procedures.
● Recognize and escalate priority problems in accordance with Client standards.

Qualifications:
● With or without BPO Experience
● At least High School Graduate (Old curriculum) / ALS Graduate/ College Graduate
● Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
