Qualifications:
Minimum of a High School diploma with 1-2 years of BPO experience in a customer service role.
An administrative or office working background is a plus
Excellent written communication skills.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Attention to detail and accuracy in document management.
Proficiency in email correspondence and client relationship management
Collaborative and able to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Familiarity with data gathering and reporting tools
