CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE (NON-VOICE)
Job Description
Responds to queries via chat, email and/or messaging apps
Asks the right questions to understand problem
Takes ownership of customer cases and responds in a timely manner
Ensures customer satisfaction at all times
Escalates issues or concerns to appropriate channels
Processes and makes follow up on requests of customers
Keeps self updated about product changes and updates
Qualifications:
Must have above-average communication skills.
HS graduates or college undergraduates accepted
Preferably with an IT or technical background (IT-related course, tech support experience)
Must be willing to work onsite and offsite (hybrid)
Must be willing to work on shifts
Benefits:
The company provides free shuttle services to employees scheduled to report to the office and work equipment when asked to work at home.
Offer to successful hires is at 18k gross pay plus attendance bonus, monthly and quarterly incentives.
