As a Customer Service Representative (Entertainment Account), you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to customers in the entertainment industry. You will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, working to resolve their issues, answer their inquiries, and provide them with a positive and memorable experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer incoming customer calls and emails related to the entertainment industry
Provide customers with accurate information regarding entertainment events, including scheduling, pricing, and availability
Assist customers with purchasing tickets, making reservations, and completing transactions
Process changes or modifications to customer orders, such as upgrading seats or changing dates
Handle and process customer payments and refunds in accordance with company policies
Assist customers with any issues or problems they encounter during their entertainment experience, including ticketing issues, seat problems, and other concerns
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the entertainment industry, including upcoming events, performers, and venues
Work collaboratively with other team members, such as ticketing and operations, to achieve departmental goals and targets
Keep detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
Uphold the company's values and mission by providing exceptional customer service and promoting a positive brand image
Requirements
Minimum education level: Senior high school
Language(s): English
