Job Description
About the role:
Salary range: 25K - 34K
Work Set up: On site
Location: BGC
Schedule: Rotational/ Shifting schedule
Employment Type: Permanent

About the role:
Interact with customers and immediately get the context of the concern and/or request
Ability to switch effortlessly between channels (phone/video call, email, live chat, co-browsing, and social media) and be the single point of contact for all inquiries
Research all the possible ways to provide solutions and quickly come up with a solution In cases that are highly technical or require decision-making, the representative should be able to escalate to the appropriate teams and ensure the resolution of the case
Performed administrative tasks, such as maintaining records and handling any changes in the policy
Ensures all compliance requirements are satisfied
Meet and maintain daily and monthly service level standards
Position requirements:

Ability to provide a proactive support
High analytical skills High attention to detail
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or College underg of any field
at least 1 yr experience in insurance financial and healthcare industry
Familiar with Omnichannel CRM systems and practices
Knowledge of insurance investment business as an asset
Proficient in MS Office Applications (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written Spontaneous or able to express thought freely
No issues reporting onsite
