Work Type: Telco - Mobile Support / Blended ( Voice & Non-Voice )
Work Schedule: AU Timezone
Work Arrangement: Onsite
Reporting Site: The Curve BGC & Eastwood
Salary Package: 22,000 all in pacakge (19k Basic + 3k Non-tax Allowance )
Minimum Qualification:
Experience in Customer Service SALES is REQUIRED
At least Sr. High Schoool Graduate
With Excellent English Communication ( Oral and Written )
Experience on phone, email and live chat support preferred but not required
Experience in Customer Service, Sales, Billing, Collections, and Technical Support preferred but not required
Has strong verbal and writted communication and comprehension skills
Amenable to Report Onsite
