Job Description
Respond promptly and respectfully to phone calls from the public
Manage Message Bank in a respectful manner and return any missed calls
Work to a rotating roster
Facilitate a smooth handover at the change of shifts
Regularly and consistently communicate with all other team members
Log jobs using the Asana app to the appropriate people
Use Kasa app to reboot machinery remotely when required
Monitor cameras app on a regular basis and access remote playback when required
Use Teams and/or Google meet and Freshdesk
Qualifications
Demonstrate exceptional communication skills
Speak very good English
Have excellent customer service and resolving skills
Display a positive attitude and an outstanding telephone manner
A commitment to providing a high quality service
Have the skills to solve problems quickly and effectively
Have the skills to resolve conflict in a calm and respectful manner
Demonstrate initiative and resilience
Have a willingness to learn and undergo training
Have the ability to follow processes including working from scripts and being able to expand on and adapt these
Develop and maintain positive working relationships with team members
