Job Description
Email correspondence with clients
Prepare catering estimates for clients in our software
Manage calendar of catering events
Communicate with staff on event details, updates, and changes
Coordinate with external vendors
Ad-hoc tasks and projects as required by Management
Qualifications
3 - 6+ years in a similar capacity is required
Ability to work in a high-volume setting (multiple emails and phone calls)
Extremely organized and very high attention to detail
Superior multitasking and time management ability
Strong communication skills; both written and verbal
Comfortable learning new software, systems, processes, and procedures
Able to work at a very fast pace often with little to no supervision
Proficiency with Google software (Gmail, Google Calendar especially important)
