We are looking for a home-based Customer Service Representative to join our team.
Applicants should be computer literate and communicate fluently in spoken and written English.

• Can take down, maintain, and keep track of customer account information and interactions
• Handle customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions within reasonable time limits; follow up when necessary.
• Is willing to work the graveyard shift as the customer base is in North America
• Has a quiet place to work in
• Has a dependable internet connection
