• Facility - alter to calls from Doctors/ of Hospitals / Large Clinics about claims about claim status inquiry, disputes and reprocessing.
• Professional - Caters to calls from Doctors / Processors of Small Clinics about claims about claim status inquiry, disputes and reprocessing.
Qualifications
• College Graduate - with or without BPO Experience
• Associate Graduates
• Amenable to work in Eastwood
*Good Communication Skills
*Customer Service Oriented
* Proficient in MS Office and internet browsing
* Amenable to work in shifts and holidays
* Willing to work in Quezon City
• Call center experience is an advantage but not required
